My name is Connor and I believe through movement we can all move and feel better. I help people improve mobility, strength and balance so they can get back to doing the things they love with confidence.

Through teaching Pilates and Yoga for many years, I have helped many people start exercising, recover from injury as well as giving people the confidence to do and try more to enjoy active lives.
